I discovered Hot Vinyasa Yoga in 2003, drawn by its physical benefits, but soon found it offered deeper grounding and balance.

As a mom of two, I have experienced the impact of societal influences on mental health - specifically on children. Â
​
My goal is to combine movement and breathing techniques to empower all students to find their inner calm as they navigate life's challenges.
Whether guiding Vinyasa flows, teaching kids yoga, or sharing mindfulness with tweens and teens, I teach from the heart and bring a joyful energy to every class.Â
